Order cancellation and consumer rights
Our order cancellation policy is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981 (חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ״א–1981), and its applicable regulations. Where this law applies, its cancellation and refund rights take precedence over any conflicting provision below, including restrictions on change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
מדיניות ביטול העסקה הינה בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, תשמ״א–1981, והתקנות מכוחו. ככל שהחוק חל, הוראותיו לעניין ביטול עסקה והחזר כספי גוברות על כל הוראה סותרת במדיניות זו, לרבות מגבלות על החזרה עקב שינוי דעת. אין במדיניות זו כדי לגרוע מזכויות צרכניות שלא ניתן להתנות עליהן לפי דין.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This policy applies to orders from Vellora. It is intended for orders shipped to the United States. Applicable consumer rights in your state or other jurisdiction continue to apply.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind, including a change in preference, unless the specific product listing expressly says that the item is eligible and provides the applicable return conditions. We will only list such an option when the return route and eligibility have been confirmed for that product before purchase. Do not assume a supplier accepts change-of-mind returns.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, or your order has not arrived, contact us at velloracustomers@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, if available, clear photos or video of the issue and packaging. Contact us promptly so we can investigate and offer the remedy required by applicable law. We may ask for reasonable information to understand the problem, but a supplier’s refusal to accept a claim does not remove any rights you have against us.
Returns and return shipping
Please do not mail an item back until we give you return instructions. Where a return is eligible or legally required, we will explain the return address and any return-shipping arrangements before you send it. Responsibility for return shipping and any refund will be handled as stated in the product listing and as required by applicable law. We will not require you to pay return costs where the law requires us to cover them.
Refunds
If a refund is approved or required by law, we will issue it to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
